I basically have nothing good to say about Verizon. They have very slick salespeople who double talk and back talk, and have you believing that you are going to get all these free products, and excellent service to go with them. None of this is true. As others have stated, I received no information regarding the $200 gift card; I did not receive anything free, I am “renting” all my devices, I rarely have 5G, if I have any service at all. I have had nothing but problems attempting to add smart devices with my phone app. I am told to turn off VPN, but am unable to do so, as soon as I turn it off, it turns itself back on. I have called 3 times, and went into the store once; ; none of these problems have ever been resolved ; but I continue to pay well over $200, for 2 iPhones and 2 iPads
I suppose the only way they will be resolved, is when my contract is up (18 long months); and I switch back to Consumer Cellular. I had great service and prices with them. I truly regret ever changing.
