I have been with Verizon previously and left them due to poor customer service. Late last year, in November, I switched back to them because of the $300 promotional credit I would receive if I purchased a new line. Also thought maybe they improved. bought my son a new phone and his own number.
Well, I was completely wrong. I submitted my claim for the gift card but never got an email, so I reached back out after a couple of months and still, no gift card. Now it has been over 4 months and still, no gift card. I reached out to support multiple times and they tell me there's nothing they can do.
I am really frustrated and feel lied to. I want what was promised to me or I am switching to another provider, whom I have one already lined up.
Does anyone have any advice before I switch?
