What a joke, buyout charge

After triple checking everything for that device payoff so i can upgrade early promotion they kept sending me stuff for i finally did it ,only to get slapped with a buyout charge? So I guess it's not on them if I have to pay for the payoff anyway! What a joke. It's really no wonder they keep getting taken to court. 

Absolutely false advertisement to get people to buy new devices and sign-up for more services. Anyone else had this happen? Maybe we should all be talking to each other about this  behavior they keep trying to pull.

 still waiting on a gift card filed with BBB and fcc and they were served those compalints executive office relations called n emailed with the u knw we going resolve this well that was over a week ago as well
