Where is my $300 gift card for new account users

I signed up just a day after Christmas for this promotion thinking I would have a part of my bill covered and since then have yet to see one gift card of the two I am owed!? Please make sure that I receive my gift card before now my 2nd bill is due in the next 8 days. I’m extremely disappointed in my switch from my previous carrier this far. Not to mention I was u set the impression I would be getting an Apple Watch and iPad “on us” but apparently that was a lie as well.

I also need help please. I called Verizon and they told me I would only get $200 and not the $300. They told me the $300 never existed. I also got a new line in December 2023

I have been back and forth with customer service for months in regards to my rebate and for the first time was able to get a solid answer just last week but now I am seeing that my rebate has expired and I have consistently tried to be patient and understanding. I need to know how I can get this rebate reinstated to my account since I never recieved any accurate feedback and have been sent on a goose chase for months and told I had to wait 8 weeks or 60 days and now my rebate is stating invalid because it had a 30 day window when I've been trying to access this promotion before my first bill was due. I am disappointed if the entire reason I signed up in the first place is suddenly not accessible. It will be sad to have to give up my services altogether with Verizon.
