Never received the promised $50 gift card or Samsung offer. Received an email from verizon-notifications, but no link after clicking through to claim anything. I called months ago and the agent claimed to not see any offer on my account. Now they tell me ithey can see the offer but its too late and they wont pay it? Why is it so difficult to get what we agreed to when I signed up? Not a great way to do buiness. For a $50 gift card.
