how to get my mobile + home loyalty discount back on the account?

very bad experience going through this for the past month with long calls and no solutiion

but the mobile + home loyalty discount was removed suddenly and no one single representative can give definite answer to what happened

That is what I am saying Verizon customer service agents do not know what they are doing. 
I am having an issue with mobile + home LOYALTY discount 

not anything else. 
why it’s hard for them to understand and solve this

No nothing. There was a call scheduled for yesterday at 8 am. But never received a call. 
it ridiculous that this is the level of the customer service we are getting
