I have been reading all these problems with the “free watches and iPads” my bill is more then doubled! I have called and chatted more times then I can count the hours I have spent on the phone with language barriers or someone just reading me the bill over and over with not one bit of help on this! Was totally lied to by the representative saying I would be getting a free watch and iPads and could turn off service when ever I wanted and would have no change in bill but maybe $5! Again my bill is more then doubled and have had representatives try to help make it a bit smaller by a whole $20.. I was seeing bills over $500 and now $478 which is a joke and telling me they hoped this helped me after sitting for 2 hrs on the phone… my bill was $178 before this “deal”!! And not one representative is helping me at all!
on top of paying this I don’t even have service on any of the iPads I am paying for! Think I will get a credit for that??? That’s a laugh! After almost 10 years with this company if this isn’t fixed this WEEK I am done! DONT care! I will make sure I let everyone I can know how this has been handled I TRUSTED THE REPRESENTATIVE and asked over and over if this was free as he stated and asked Verizon to listen to this phone call and getting NOTHING! But being told how good of a deal I actually am getting! Which is such a joke!!!!!!

Denisemn1, I'm sorry you've been having issues with trying to get some answers related to the iPad and watch addition. It's great you've been with us for 10-years, and it'd be a shame to have that end due to this. If there's a qualifying promotion for those devices that you qualify for, then I want to be sure you can get it. As part of that, sending a Private Message so we can discuss this further.
