My family member and I had the WORST experience today while trying to figure out our phone bill. The representatives we talked to were condescending and rude after we had been understanding with them for OVER AN HOUR. Everytime we have done a “promo” here it has had issues. The way we were spoken to no one should ever have to experience that. I have worked in customer service and I have never spoken to anyone that way and I never will. I DO NOT write reviews ever, but I am upset at how we were spoken to. Do better.
