I got offer from verizon to add new mobile connection to my existing Fios service which I am having since 1 year. It has a promocode which doesn't work

Your reward will be sent via email within 8 weeks after receipt and validation of claim to the submitted email address.And the promocode provided doesn't work on www.yourdigitalrebatecenter. com. Error I get is " Promo Code with the Order/Purchase date can’t be found. Please check your information and try again. "I have raised verizon ticket as well on Sep 12th with number: *****I have discussed this with 7 to 8 agents for last 5 days every agent tell a new story. Very bad experience with agents.
I have added new BYOD unlimited Plus line on Sep 12th at Verizon store
As told, you know the issue now and I have shared all the information. Request you to work on this. You please like other 7 agents, don't send to other department as done by those 7
