Mobile + Home Discount Error

Unable to enroll in Mobile + Home discount. Getting error “Looks like something went wrong”

This has been happening since 4 months now, and I am really frustrated about this. I cannot keep asking about the credit every month. Need help here.

jcoupon, we're sorry about the issues you're having with your Mobile + Home discount as well. Just to be sure, do you have 5G/4G Home Internet or do you have Verizon FIOS? If you have Verizon Fios, did you have Verizon Fios or Verizon Wireless first?
