I am currently over my 65 days, but still no offer like I was promised in the store. How does that work?

Sabe6, we're sorry to hear that you're having trouble redeeming your Nintendo Switch offer, even though you're past the 65-day waiting period. Please tell us, when you sign in to your My Verizon account, is it through the account owner's account? In your My Verizon home screen, do you see a tile that says "Get Nintendo Switch, on us" under "Make the most of your plans"?
