Unlinking old inactive Fios account from my mobile account

Would to get my old inactive Fios account unlinked from my mobile account, so that I can link my new Fios account to get the Mobile and Home discount.
I have been on calls and chats with agents for 6 hours today - nobody was able to help. Got passed around more than 10 times between Fios tech support and other teams.
I am a new customer, coming over from T Mobile, and frankly very frustrated with how this has been dealt with.
How do I escalate this and raise an incident to get this sorted?
