Last month , the home + mobile discount disappeared on one of my lines. I called them up and they gave me a loyalty discount in replacement - no biggie.
Now i look - they removed the loyalty discoutn from my other 3 lines?? I haven't changed a single thing in my account and continue to have the gigabit internet plan and 4 lines on my account. I feel like verizon is trying to find more ways to squeeze money out. anyone have this issue or can help me out?
