Can you update the roaming capabilities by hitting *228 option #2 on a 4G device? I wasn't able to activate my phone using *228 so I thought I would ask.

I asked the same question to a friend who works at VZW. He said with 4G we shouldn't need to unlike 3G. With the activation, I'm not sure since I got my phone in store and they activated it there.

to update your PRL restart your phone, everytime the sim card will look for updates to the list.

*228 will not work
