Since my upgrade my phone will not make or get calls. It shows no network connection! Called Verizon and Motorola and both just said sorry! Help!
Does a factory reset help?
No it didn't help. Did a full factory reset with Motorola tech 3 person
and it did nothing
Bummer, the other option to try would be a new SIM card
When it restarted once it told me to insert the Sim card.. which I already
had it in there??? Maybe---hopfully it will work!?! Thanks! I'll try

We can relate to how important it is to have a reliable device. Please describe what happens when you attempt to place a call. Does your signal ever fluctuate?

I have a prepaid Moto g4 play and I woke up one morning 2 days after getting a new sim and this also happened to my phone as we. Phone stuck on 1x and wont activate to the network. Sandydog have you had any luck?
