AOL MAIL AND RAZR

I found out yesterday that I am NOT THE ONLY ONE that is experiencing problems with AOL mail on the RAZR.

Motorola is hopefully looking for a solution. After spending 3 hours on the phone yesterday with 3 different tech, the 3rd was the one that discovered it was not my phone, but it was the RAZR.

This tech went beyond the call of duty to help. Even though my phone is not fixed I thank this tech for all his help and devotion to get to the root of the problem.

Forgive me but am I missing something here. Isn't your phone the Motorola RAZR? Arn't they the same thing?
