If you downloaded mp3s or copied some from your computer, they'll be in your Ringtones folder. If you used the MyMusic 'use as ringtone' feature to use some of your music as a ringtone, you'll have to set those up again. Unfortunately, the Jelly Bean update removed the MyMusic app, so that feature is no longer available (I'm assuming your phone has received the update); you'll need to put copies of your ringtones (or music) in your Ringtones folder.

Have you checked the "download" folder for the ringtones?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Ringtones are very important klnash because it one of the fun aspects of owning a cell phone. Have you review your ringtones via the Media center. Sign in and review ringtones and ringback tones http://tiny.cc/imyyuw . I hope this information is helpful along with the suggestions provided by the community.
