I was talking to my daughter this morning and asked if she was able to upgrade her software yet. "Nope she said". I updated mine with no problems. My other daughter upgraded a couple days after me. All three phone are Razr Maxx. So far so good with m ine and I heard no complaints from my daughter after the upgrade. Some how just the one of the three phones refuses to download the upgrade. ???
