I have the droid razr and it is fully charged at 100% when I go to bed, but when I get up in the morning it is completely dead. It has happened more than once. Should I take it back to verizon and exchange it for another one? I don't know what I should do. Any help I would appreciate.

Are you saying you have it off the charger, at 100%, and eight hours later or so you wake up and it's dead?
First thing I wonder is what is running while you are asleep. Are you having apps running checking things like email, facebook, etc? If so, you will want to set up Smart Actions or get the Juice Defender app to manage that while you're sleeping. But you can also try putting it in Airplane mode and seeing if this still happens. If not, then you know you have something running and it's just a matter of figuring out what by going into Menu>Settings>Battery>Battery Use and seeing what's taking up your power. Typically you'll see your Display and Android OS up at the top but I'm wondering if you'll see something else. You can also look in Menu>Manage Apps>Running and keep an eye on what apps are using up power there.
Also, how is your battery during the day? Does the battery seem gradually go down or does it suddenly drop off to nothing.
It's not good to let it run completely down, btw. The newer batteries don't need to be conditioned like the older ones so don't be afraid to pop it on a charger whenever you can.

Thank you for your help. I noticed it helped a lot whenever I turned off my data. That really helped.

Assuming overnite sleeping, thats when i'd charge with ur supplied cable. During day when not needing service for gps, wifi, data, 4g; turn off/switch to; in each of their setting areas. So from home screen, tap menu button - settings, then scroll to each area, you will find each item above u can change; then when need can turn on manually or have your smart actions app preinstalled on phone to set up a particular action- say u want internet, so when u click either your google icon at home screen or browser icon it activates data on, and maybe could have it turn off when click out of internet. App killers can also drain battery and/or lock up phone, if not careful with how one chooses activities to halt. For now with first Smartphone keep it simple. Use phone's own help icon, found once within apps button - tap it, then scroll for simple how -to -tasks.
