'Blank SD Card- SD Card blank or has unsupported filesystem'

Turned my phone on this morning and had a notification saying "Blank SD Card, SD Card is blank or has unsupported filesystem". When I click the update it wants to format my SD Card and all data on my phone will be erased.

Is the only way to fix this problem to erase everything on my phone?

Try a Soft Reset an if that does not Work Then go into were the Sd Card settings is an Un mount it An then Re-Mount see if this will Jar the system into back to working again..
