How can I block a number from contacting me?
Log into your on-line MyVerizon account
Under Manage My Device, click on Block Calls and Messages
Enter the number(s) to be blocked
Click the red Submit button
You can block up to five numbers free for 90 days via your on-line MyVerizon account. You can reblock them every 90 days as needed.
How do I do it online to another line I have on my account?
Assuming you are logged in as the Account Owner, when you are on the Call & Message Blocking page, you choose the appropriate line at the top of the page. If it's a number you want blocked on all lines on your account, you check the box just above the Submit button.
