Getting new email, but when I open the email, can't read the message. Any suggestions? It is an AOL account, never had problems before. Thanks....
Hello rogerleach! It must be frustrating to get email on your device only to be denied the ability to read it. In order to help, I need to get some details from you. First, when the email is opened, does it appear to be a blank document with no contents, or does it appear to have contents but not viewable? An example of that is this: In many word processing applications (like MS Word), you have the option to change the color of the written text, up to and including making the text the same color as the document (white on white as it were). If you do that, you can still tell that there is content in the document but not immediately visible. I hope that makes sense. Looking forward to your reply.
