I continue to have an over $600 charge for a returned device. I had a confirmation text from Verizon that it was received, however I've since deleted that. I hadn't checked my bill in a while and today see that it is on my bill. Also, woke up today 11/07 and had no 3G/4G signal, turned phone on and off several times and still no signal, and I cannot type anything. I do not know if this is a physical/technical issue, or because of my bill. I paid up all usage charges, just not the incorrect charge for the returned device. About to go visit a Verizon store...my screen has had a crack in it for about a week, but that didn't seem to cause any problem.
Another unrelated matter - anyone else notice that while charging phone, it is very perilous to try texting or doing anything, since the screen picks up erroneous signals, and my texts come out messed up, if they come out at all?
