I continue to have an over $600 charge for a returned device. I had a confirmation text from Verizon that it was received, however I've since deleted that. I hadn't checked my bill in a while and today see that it is on my bill. Also, woke up today 11/07 and had no 3G/4G signal, turned phone on and off several times and still no signal, and I cannot type anything. I do not know if this is a physical/technical issue, or because of my bill. I paid up all usage charges, just not the incorrect charge for the returned device. About to go visit a Verizon store...my screen has had a crack in it for about a week, but that didn't seem to cause any problem.
Another unrelated matter - anyone else notice that while charging phone, it is very perilous to try texting or doing anything, since the screen picks up erroneous signals, and my texts come out messed up, if they come out at all?
That's a considerable amount of money robert314! I definitely understand why you would be concerned! Have you contacted us since your device has been returned? Was an investigation opened? Equipment return credits can take as long as 1-2 bill cycles to be applied.
I'm sorry to hear about your handset. Do you have an equipment insurance plan? This is a great option for a damaged device.

Robert, I had the same issue while charging the phone, where the phone acted strangely. I could not do any basic functions. I changed the charger, and it works better now. Any android charger would work fine on it. I can charge it while using the phone. The Motorola one is not the greatest.
Regarding the 3g/4g issue, I have gone through several Maxx phones, they all have similar problems. I tend to change the same card every 2 months or so when I see I am having problems with the signal. And that seems to fix the signal issue. ICS has not helped the signal problem with the phone. (It made it worse) Many people have stated that GB version provided better signal.
