I had to update and ever since it takes 12 or so to fully charge and even sometimes that want get it 100% I took it to the Verizon store and they tried a few things but didn't help when I plug in the charger it says charging slow
are you charging with phone on or off??

Sorry phone died just got it back on I am charging with phone on but I did it that way before the update and it charged fast now so slow I can't do anything while it's charging or it want charge or even loose charge

In the battery settings on the phone does it say it is charging via AC or USB? Are you using the charger that came with the phone? Have you tried a different charger or USB cable?
We want to get down to the bottom of the issues with charging your device, Sandracalhoun65. Are you using the original charger that came with the device? Have you tested different outlets?

what was the resolution? i am experiencing the same issues. the only charger that will work now is the Turbo Charger. All other chargers, that have worked for the past 10 months, no longer work and actually drain the battery.

Yes and no. Original charger work fine to charge it all my other chargers
which worked fine for the last year no longer worked.
Even when using the original charger the charge would not last me half a
day.
I took the phone into my local Verizon store basically they told me it was
garbage and sold me a new phone.
the reason i asked ,until recently i was using a samsung charger for my s5 & charging the phone off, was taking 5 hours.
i went back to the original & the last charge too 1:45.
