My Droid Turbo screen has stopped working. It is operable from touch screen but no images are visible so essentially all I can do is answer phone calls with a swipe. Can't see if unlock works. Looking to retrieve some pictures from the device but all instructions require executing commands on the phone. Are there any other alternative ways to get to phone content?

Were you backing up pictures to any cloud service? Are you able to access it with a USB connection to a laptop or desktop?

Some are in the cloud but not all. Can hook phone to lap top with USB but cannot execute any commands on phone as no display screen. Also concerned as want to do factory reset before sending out after receiving replacement.

Having access to all of your cloud content and files, is critial and we can definitely help you with trying to save the content on your phone, and in the cloud, too. Do you possibly have a memory card in the phone? If you do, have you removed it to see if your photos were saved to that storage device?
