Droid 2 turbo developed green strip on display

I woke up this morning and unplugged my droid 2 turbo and it had a about a one inch wide green strip across the top of the phone and the screen is flickering at times. The phone is 1 1/2 yrs old always otterbox protected and screen protected. It is great except for the green line.

What should I do?

May be a bad pixel. I've had 2phones do the same thing.

Can it be fixed or is this just going to get worse.. I mean everything still functions except for the greenness and flickering..
