I've had my RAZR for a year or so now. Any text I send over say 15-20 words long is sent, but on the other end it comes out jumbled into 3 or 4 different texts and the texts are jumbled, meaning the beginnng of the text may be at the end, end at the beginning, middle at the end. Further, any text I get from someone not on the Verizon network, comes through to me the same way. I get the text, but one text sent will come through at 4 or 5 texts and it is scrambled. I took it in to the store and showed them, they say they'd never seen it before and, frankly, dismissed me pretty quick. I can read the texts, but it's like putting a puzzle together. Really annoying to other people who receive my texts as well. Any suggestions?

I don't want you to have to pur together a puzzle when you receive messages on your RAZR! Let's get to the bottom of this! Is this happening with the same person? Is it only happening when sending to users of other carriers? If happening with the same person, please find out if their phone is capable of receiving and sending messages of more than 160 characters, or Enhanced Messaging Service (EMS). Please let me know some additional details so we can get to the bottom of this for you.
