Any one else having trouble with the trying to access the gallery mines keeps foreclosing I can veiw the camera roll pics but not my whole gallery.
Help anyone I already powered down and started my phone 3 times nothing is working
I would recommend putting the phopne in safe mode to see what happens.

make sure you are not using any software that conflicts with the galery. I would recommend uninstalling antivirus if younhave one (you can reinstall after your testing)
What will fix it all the time isa master reset. master reset clears your apps but not pictures in sd card as lond as you dont select sd card to be cleared.
If same thing aftermaster reset, its a defective phone. Slight chance that its the memory card.

If Safe Mode hasn't worked for you, I would also recommend clearing the cache from your gallery.
This can be done by going to Menu>Settings>My Applications>Select ALL>scroll down to My Gallery (keep in mind, I did test this on my Razr, but I removed the SD card just to be safe) From My Gallery select clear cache.
Once you have done that, what happens when you try to access your gallery?

Good thinking on that Tamara i was going to suggest doing a clearing of the Cache as well but i would've left out removing the SD Card i did this once on my Incredible an lost the Pictures i had on it :smileysad: . That won't happen again. B33
Tamara, my Charge 4G is going a similar thing. When I take a photo the camera sometomes freezesand I have to the ap. When I go to gallery the photo isn't there, but if I restart the phone they are. Also in Gallery - Camera there are only recenent photos. In Gallery - my_pix all of the recent photos (last two weeks) are just not there. Can't find them. Is there a software update I should do? Or maybe the remove SD card / clear cache you recommended above? Thank you!
