Any idea why none of the ringtone makers will work with the turbo???

I guess its a third party app. I can use ring droid or any other ringtone maker.....also the help section doesn't work....I'm sure there's more apps that won't work but I've only had the phone for about 36 hours now.....I'm not liking it. I liked my razor M and the wife's maxx.
Can't.....can't use any ring tone making apps.....sorry
