I have a Turbo that my wife dropped and screen broke. I read an old online article that said Verizon replaces broken glass within 2 yrs of purchase with the Edge plan. Any truth to this before I try to fix the glass myself?
They don't replace the broken glass, they replace the phone with a certified like-new phone. See:
