Droid Turbo's radio signal is very weak. At most I only get two bars and most of the time get only one. When I have only one, callers keep saying they cannot hear me. What can I do?

The phone was okay at first, not great, but at least I could make and receive calls without issue. Now, it seems to be a constant issue especially when I'm at home. I have read of others having this same problem. This is an awesome phone. I don't understand it having this issue.

This may be you answer so give it a try first. Go to a Verizon Corp Store and pick up a new sim card.  They are free from a VZW Corp Store.
