Plugged my phone into the charger last night and woke up this morning and it won't turn on. I plugfed it into the turbocharger this morning and let it charge a bit and it still won't turn on. Anyone have any ideas?

If you hold the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15-30 seconds, does that reboot the phone?

IIt does not. It brings up a menu for start, restart boot loader, recovery mode, power off, factory, barcodes, bp tools, qcom and boot loader logs. I've tried selecting restrt boot loader,recovery mode, power off, and start and nothing happens.
Try clearing the cache and see if that helps:
