Emails wont automatically sync/no notifications

Fixed one problem and on to the next one....

I have two email accounts on my Galaxy S6 Edge. On my last phone I was able to set up the phone to automatically sync with my emails so that as soon as I got one, Id have a notification.

I cannot figure out how to do that with this phone. The quickest that I can set it for sync is "Every 15 minutes" BUT EVEN WITH THAT SET...

I never get notifications for new emails. When I go into "mail" and check BOTH accounts set up, I have to "manually" swipe down on the screen and then all my new emails finally load in.

HELP!

CaptKirky, we know how important it is to get notified when you receive a email. Have you tried to erase the accounts and re-add the to the phone?
