Emergency Alerts - inconsistent

I have a Motorola Turbo 2 and I have a problem receiving the emergency / amber alerts. There is an inconsistency issue. I will be at work and have friends on Verizon phones get alerts but mine never goes off. Any thoughts or anyone else have this issue?

it depends which alerts you select to receive.
