My screen has been froze for over an hour now, I've tried everything i could possibly do and its still froze.... Someone please help???!!!!!!!!!
Try holding the power button in and volume down button at the same time for at least 10 seconds

I'm sorry to hear about your screen freezing. Are you still experiencing the issue? Did powering the device in safe mode help?

Please try powering down the RAZR, then remove and reinsert the Sim card and retest.
