Help, can't get into phone??

My phone said sim card was removed...wasn't and now i can't get into it. Won't let me verify my email...what should I do?

For one thing don't Panic if the Phone is on Marisa Hold Down the Volume Down an Power button at the Same Time till it shuts off. Let go of the buttons an let it come back on.. that is called a Soft reset Do that Now

Just did that and still got the 'sign into your account to verify identity. Won't accept my password that I have not changed recently...any other suggestions please?

Ok Try this Turn the Phone Back off an Pull the Sim out of your Razr be careful not to touch the Gold area of it when you remove it.. Leave the Card out for 2 min. Don't turn the phone back on just yet after the 2 min re-install the Card an see what it Does. let me Know right away of the Results as you may have to Contact C.S. But lets try the Sim pull First..

Marisa what it sounds like to me is that there is an issue with your Sim Card it self. So if you have Another phone a home Phone Call Customer 1-800-922-0204 an tell them of the Issue you will need to provide your Account No & password an the Info on your Razr. Tell them the Issue your having an let them go threw addition Steps if Needed I would say they will send a new Sim to you Via FedEx or if you can wait it over the weekend head to your local store tomorrow an they can put a new one in for ya But i would call C.S. first an go to option no. 3 or Technical Service.. Are your sure it is the SIM card and not the micro SD card. What you keep describing sounds more like the SD card to me.
I could be wrong too and am just looking for clarification.
