Horrible Customer service & Horrible Service period.

About 4 months ago i got switched to the droid 4 from an htc rezound for swapping my rezound 3 or 4 times for different reasons. As soon as i got the droid 4 i noticed problems with service at my work.. My phone would be dropping service all the time im at work. i barely would even have service.  Before getting the droid4 for my service with my htc rezound was excellant at work,  no service problems or data issues.  ever since i got the droid 4 i couldnt get service to stay. and my data was horrible. After getting the droid 4 switched out a cpl times i decided to call the michigan V.P. of services.  He understood my concerns and offered to switch me to the razor maxx which was getting the ics update soon and that would fix my problems.. now here it is november 17th i have the ics update and it hasent helped one bit. the last razor maxx they sent me had a cracked screen and they wont replace it. there telling me i have to call the insurance company to have it switched out but i will not pay for something i didnt do..  So now since ive had that phone with the cracked screen now the phone is acting very horrible, freezing, screen doesnt respond, phone totally locks up and have no way to reboot it.. Still have horrible service and there customer service sucks.. i am tired of dealing with verizon wireless and there horrible customer service. IM about ready to call the better busines bureau and my local news channels so maybe i can get some help.  ever since i signed up with verizon my experiance has been terrible.. Been a verizon customer since feburary and im ready to go elsewhere.  I dont know what else to do..

ARBITRATION GOOGLE IT. the only way to get verizon to act.

We want the service trouble at work to be addressed with any device you may have. I would like to find out when you received the Droid RAZR Maxx replacement? Was it cracked out of the box? If so, was it immediately taken to a store or was a call to the office that replaced it immediately made? I want to make sure all the needed steps were taken so we can take care of this trouble for you. I'd also like to confirm if the trouble at work is only with data service or if the voice network is also included. We don't want your experience with Verizon to continue as a bad one so I'd like to ensure this is taken care of for you.

The phone was a replacement it came cracked about 2 months ago or less and i called customer service a week after it came cause my wife was in the hospital at the time and i had not opened the box, they said they would check into it and came to the conclusion that i broke it and told me id have to file a claim with insurance but thats not true, it came in that way. ALso now my charging port is being difficult only certain chargers will work on it or it wont charge.  The data and the phone service are both affected at work.. I bounce from 3 to fout bars to 1 to 2 bars and alot of times my phone doesnt update the towers and ihave no service alot, they did 2 or 3 network tests at my work.. The problem is the phone, my rezound worked perfect with verizon before i got changed to the droid 4. im getting tired of the horrible service i have gotten since i signed up for the service at the beggining of the year. I would like to get a new phone, i think the rezound has been the best phone ive ever had but i read about the droid dna by htc and it seems good so does the galaxy note or s3. i want a phone thats gonna work for me. and when they switched us both out of the rezound they took back all the accessorys and never sent us any accessorys so we ended up having to buy home chargers for the phones.

yea they kept sending me junk phones that didnt help my problem and my problem still persists. so thats why they have horrible customer service.  No one knows there job at verizon and i regret ever leaving sprint.
