I have not tried it, but you can test out Norton Family Parental Control from the Play Store.

if he's your son then i would simply say if he erases the history, you take the phone back. i'm not trying to tell you how to parent, but if he's erasing the history then he's obviously hiding something. what scschnoor linked does provide what you wan i believe (i think it can give you reports of every website a user visits, but i don't know if that would include apps that access online data)

protip: if he's erasing his history it is BECAUSE he is looking at things you don't want him looking at. You have two real choices: either accept that he will look at those sorts of websites and talk to him about it so he can browse the web safely, or take the device away until you are comfortable letting him use it.

Hi Lufnisesor,
I understand! I have 3 children of my own! I know that the safety of our family is extremely important! I applaud you in being proactive in understanding your options when it comes to being aware of what sites your son is viewing on his phone! I can help! While we don't have a way that you can review the websites, visited; we do have Parental Controls available! This is an awesome feature that can prove helpful in ensuring your son is accessing the appropriate sites! Here's a link that discusses all of our Safeguard options http://bit.ly/vfskLz! I am confident this information will prove helpful in your decision making. Please let me know if you have further questions.
Thanks,

This filter feature appears to not be available for the iPhone. Am I missing something?

We are dedicated to offering you great products to meet your needs, Matthew77. I apologize as Apple iOS devices are not compatible with the service.
