To add apps ive downloaded and inst'd on current phone to new phone(replacement) i just recieved

just log into google play on a pc and tell it to re-intall them, ther eis a list there

If you are just worried about the apps themselves, then as soon as you get the new phone, and you sign it into your google account, go into the play store app, and then click the menu button and choose "My Apps", and then choose "ALL APPS", and you can select which ones you want.

1Panhead, that's a great option and there's an easy way to re-download your applications easily. As others have mentioned, you can login to your PlayStore account to re-install apps that were previously installed. Login with your Gmail account at http://market.android.com.
