I keep ge5ing notifications saying I have v/m to open the app. When I open it it just keeps saying loading please wait. I check my account and I am subscribed to vvm but it still won't load.
Are you trying to access the voicemail while on the 4G LTE network or wifi?

Imtoothru I depend of receiving my voicemail messages, I have two kids. Let’s work together to make sure you can listen to the messages. Have you set up the v/m on the phone? What make/model do you have?
