I don't think you can actually "delete" the command center - if you inadvertently "removed it" , you can get it back by long pressing any empty area of your homescreen. Then tap Widgets at the bottom, and scroll till you find Command Center. Press and hold it to add it back to your homescreen or any other screen you want.
