How do I stop getting ads for apps on my MOTO X?
You should check the permissions for those applications and remove any of them that have the ability to push ads to your phone.
I agree with Ann154, find an eliminate the app that is pushing these ads.
Most likely an "anti-virus", free mp3 downloader, a battery optimizer or some other app that is supposed to help your phone run better.
Suggestion is to eliminate the most recently downloaded apps one at a time from newest to oldest until the problem goes away.
