Just got a new turbo 2 upgrading from Maxx. The suddenly cannot talk on the phone and surf on the web?. What's up with that? Anyone know how to work around this?
If you can't talk and surf then Advanced Calling isn't enabled. Because of the radio configuration, you need Advanced Calling in order to talk and surf simultaneously.
Is Advanced Calling enabled on your line and on the phone?
Yes. I believe so.
