Hi!
Some time ago I bought Razr. Everything was great but I found problem. I can't set Call forwarding
I'm using RAZR in other country (Belarus). When I try to set that feature I recieve message "Call forwarding is disabled outside Verizon Wireless Network".
What should I do to enable it?
Maybe factory reset or firmware update?

Call forwarding on Verizon is a function of the network, not the phone. You would need to have your provider enable that function on your network for it to work. If they do not have 'network enabled' call forwarding then I have no solution for you.
A factory reset or firmware update will not make any difference.
Good luck.

I've checked that function on other phone and it works perfect. Also network message won't be "Call forwarding is disabled outside Verizon Wireless Network". It'll be like "Call forwarding is disabled" or "MMI code error" (last message sometimes had appeared on old phone).
Many people who uses Verizon phone outside Verizon gets such message. On HTC firmware update helps.

Northern-lights,
Good afternoon. I can understand the importance of being able to use Call Forwarding on your device. I would like to provide some clarification. Call Forwarding is a feature that is a part of your calling plan. However, calls cannot be forwarded to international destinations outside the North American Dialing Pattern, including Mexico and countries in Europe. This is what is causing you to hear the error message "Call forwarding is disabled outside Verizon Wireless Network". I apologzie for any confusion this may have caused.
To enable immediate call forwarding to a number in the U.S., dial *72 then the 10-digit phone number. Press Send and wait for confirmation beeps/message. Once you hear this, you may end the call.
To disable call forwarding. Dial *73, press send and wait for the confirmation beeps/message. Once your hear the confirmation, you would may end the call.
I trust this information has been helpful with your call forwarding concerns. Have a fantastic weekend!
