How to fix "No Network is available, Emergency call only"

I am overseas on business trip. I was able to text and received text for about 10 hours on landing. I had the global roaming activated before leaving US. Now I am getting No Network is available Emergency calls only message, Can't text, place a call or receive text or call. Please help. Does anybody has VW Emergency Tech Support email. I need to have this fix asap.
