I cant get my screen to unlock when I go to tap on unlock it is like screen is locked up any suggestions???? Please????
Have you tried holding the power button simultaneously with the volume up and down buttons for about 10 seconds? That will reboot your Razr.
I'll go with S.R. and say Do a Soft Reset.! If in doing that though doesn't solve the Issue you might have to Do a F.D.R..to reset the Phone.. b33:smileyhappy: And Welcome to the Forum..
I don't think you can do a FDR if the phone won't come on...
The OP said Ref the Lock screen wasn't letting him or Her access that means the phone is on.. if you reboot by doing the Reset it will or should re-power if the Lock screen is still giving the Issue the Op can tap the power button let the Screen go out then Hold both of the Volume Keys and the Power button then let off the Power button While Holding in the Volume Keys this will take the Phone to the Setting to were they can either Clear the Cache Partition or Do a Factory Reset..
Now if the Phone doesn't re-power on then the Game Changes and the Op might have to end up taking the Device to the Store for a New Phone..

No prob.! Have you checked out the New Razr's the Maxx HD / Razr HD an the Razr M pretty snazzy and i'm going to get me the New Stand that Motorola Introduced for the New Razr's they say it will work with any Android Device including Tablets I like it Allot. b33
