I can't hear, and they can't hear me when trying to receive calls ..or make them. I can't hear anything... Dial tone, etc Unless I put phone in "speaker" mode. Also cannot hear movie preview, etc. But can hear YouTube?
MezzoSop, we want to get you headed in the best direction towards a resolution. This really sounds like a hardware issue with the earpiece on your phone. Is there any residue on your speaker? Have you updated your software in the settings?
