Yes. Charge for at least four hours at a minimum until the phone is completely charged. In the meantime, you can download and read the full user manual that is available on Verizon's website or Motorola's website.

This will usually tell you how long you need to charge your phone for the first time. The user manual for the Droid Razr shows 3 hours.
