Help!! Finally got the ICS update, phone stuck on "opening applications" for 2 hours. Now what?
Try the restart: Press volume down and power button until it restarts.

Tried it, now the phone is stuck on the eye.
Hi mason006, I'm sorry your phone is having issues after the update. Our updates are provided to enhance your phones ability and I'm sad that your having problems. When a phone is stuck on the initial screen power cycling usually will work but when with the new razr you need to get past that screen to check settings or perform a factory reset. You can either visit a store location to have the phone evaluated and they may possibly be able to power on the phone or provide you with an option for replacement. If your able to get back to the initial screen, try enabling/disabling airplane mode and safe mode. If your phone continues to have issues, we may need to perform further trouble-shooting. ^KH
