Since the ICS update I cannot save photos I receive via email or text - says saved, but can't find them! Before ICS they saved to Gallery - very simple. Also since the "upgrade" I can only access my "inbox" email account - can't find sent or deleted folders. Help please!

If you are talking about the built in Email app (The white envelope with the red letter sticking up), at the top, by clicking on the "Inbox", does it not bring up the folder list?

What about clearing the cache? SETTINGS | APPS | EMAIL | CLEAR CACHE ?
No. When open email it goes directly to list of emails. No options for inbox,sent,etc.

Factory Reset.. If you Choose to Do one of these Call Customer Service 1-800-922-0204 option 3 witch is the Technical Dept. Have them Walk you Through it..

No, you can't revert back to the previous OS. Any method that says it can be reinstalled would involve voiding the phone's warranty and can't be discussed here because of the site's TOS.

A Factory Reset will wipe your phone completely. You will have to set it up just as if you just got it from Verizon, with the exception of things on the SD card. That should be left alone.
Major problem since ICS update with my touchscreen keyboard. Went into retail store, they reset, showed me some tricks. Screen won't size or landscape properly, then randomly, when phone is laying flat on a table, go into landscape mode. ICS is definitely promising with a lot of perks, and I've used my smartphones to the max, but no matter what is checked/unchecked/uninstalled/reinstalled or keyboard I'm using. The phone is a mess. I've done hard resets before but never anticipated this and by looking at the boards not sure a hard re-set will work. So much time has been wasted already along with looking like an idiot when a text or email goes through with stuff all over the place, I'm thinking this has to be an update issue.
I press the alarm icon and it dials a favorite, I press my daughter's pic icon to call her and it calls my mother, I press gallery, which is at the bottom selection of icons and it opens Facebook. I simply cannot use the phone as a smartphone, at all..typing directions into Google Maps or Waze is a nightmare.
Please reply ASAP - the store said hard reset, then call customer service ASAP for replacement was all that was left but...
FYI - store did soft reset but now it won't let me reset into safe mode,
